The refund amount will match the amount actually paid.

9.2 Cancellation Fee

The company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5 percent of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (the lower amount).
However, no cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to any of the following:
• A defect in the product
• A mismatch between the delivered product and the information provided to the customer
• A breach of the transaction terms by the company

In these cases, a full refund will be granted without any fee.

9.3 Returning Physical Products

Returned items must be complete and unused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or a breach by the company.

9.4 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the cancellation request is received.

9.5 Digital Products

Digital files delivered instantly or made available for download may be subject to cancellation limitations, which will be specified on the relevant product page.
